EXPERIENCE

Paul Schmergel started in the Construction Business in 1952 building Single Family Homes in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island, New York. He developed, built and sold in excess of 3,000 Houses.

In 1964, Schmergel Enterprises Corp. began to build Commercial/Office Buildings in Great Neck, New York and has since continued to focus on these areas of development and construction.

Currently, Schmergel Enterprises owns and/or manages seven Office Buildings in Great Neck and nine other buildings in key locations throughout Long Island and Denver, CO. A partial list of tenants include:
