Leasing Activity-1st QTR 2011

• New ten year lease with Morgan Stanley to relocate them
from our building at 600 Northern Blvd.

• New ten year lease with the law firm of Wisselman, Harounian & Associates P.C. wherein they expanded from 4,700 SF to 6,200 SF.

• New lease with North Shore Community Services Inc. (North Shore Hospital) for approximately 4,000 SF of Administrative offices.

2010- Complete redecorating of all public areas. Architectural design services provided by Mojo Summer.

On September 24, 2010 we held our annual jazz barbeque for our tenants and neighbors. This year's benefit raised $1,719 which was donated to Long Island Cares. The event was a great opportunity for our tenants to enjoy some good food and music and help a worthy cause.
